Assessment may be conducted in a number of ways: - Performance-based: performance, exhibition, demonstration, presentation - Pencil and paper: essay, quiz/test/exam/, select response - Observation - Communication: conference, interview, questions and answers - Reflection: response journal, portfolio, self-assessment Which one would you prefer?
Performance-based: performance, exhibition, demonstration, presentatio. I think it is more effective.
The golden rule for school teachers is to make students as expressive as possible.speaking, writing are two major points to assess.so i still support the traditional paper test, objective and subjective both.
Class performance, group behavior, project handling and team spirit are other parameters which help in fair all rounded assessment.
Productive Study: Students keep a record of how much time they spend studying for a particular class, when they study, and how productively they study at various times of the day or night. This allows faculty to assess the amount and quality of out-of-class time all their students are spending preparing for class, and to share that information with students
