The next pairs of RAM and the mainboard power6. CPU power turn on, tune in if there is a beep,1 or2 beeps, it means that the normal CPU7. go to the bios menu, normally press the DEL or F2 depending on the type of your mainboard, select the menu system information, see the RAM capacity, (if the stage had reached stage7 means your computer can be used).8. turn off the computer, attach the HDD and CD-ROM drive.9, finally, turn on the computer and set the first and second boot on BIOS, finished save your changes.

Dear Friend,
Problem with SMPS. if SMPS is not provide the proper power supply to the system how much need to start the system that time also u well not get the display change SMPS it well work....
Try to check RAM, Motherboard. because if system give beep then RAM otherwise board damage
As you mentioned computer is working fine except display, for display check following things
1. If you have a second VGA connector on your computer then you won't get display on internal VGA unless you disable that in BIOS
2. Check the Pins on VGA connector, sometime pins push backward or get broken
3. Check your monitor for right display selection if power is working fine
first check on the keyboard if num lock key is working then problem in your led monitor or cable. else check your ram and clean it and then place again hope it will work.
first check your ram then also if it is AMD processor try to blow the display chip and add past incase it fells then you need to work on display chip or check on fiber that connects the screen
make sure the monitor is powered on
