I would say skills are mainly natural gift but can be enhanced by practices, knowlege we can gain by reading
more, discuss and share with others different views, and experience can be gained by applying different methods keeping in mind that we have to evaluate each method.
Sometimes, you can learn from students provided that you admit that and you are ready to learn from them without looking into yourself as superior to them. Be humble , simple, appreciate opinions and ideas, study them, learn from them .

A very good question, though hard for me to tell you exactly how to gain the skill, knowledge and experience, but I am going to try it.
First of all, keep in mind thta this is an ongoing process, since birth to death. NO ONE CAN DENY IT. Here are some simple ways:
Studying more and more will enhance your knowledge
Trying more and more with your knowledge will strengthen your experience
Practicing more and more will intensify your skills
