How do you term a good employee or a bad employee? is there a definition?

For inviting me for answering to this question:

Good employee who respects dates and complements the Maalih of tasks to the fullest, and the employee the bad the opposite completely.

Good employee is an employee who does all the duties required of him. Reflects the good image of the company in which it operates. As for the employee and the bad is the opposite of what is said about a good employee

I wouldn't distinguish the good and bad employees, I'd just blame the policies. Blaming emplyees according to me, well no googling here, is more like a good workman blaming his bad tools when he/she can't get something done.

Good is God Fearing,Bad is Wicked.

A Good Employee is an Asset for the Company,While A Bad Employee is a Liability.

In my opinion the one who are flexible with any variables will be good.

A good employee is the one who always meets his/her performance measures. A bod employee is the one who usually doesn't meet his/her performance measures.

I beleive there should not be any discrimination as it can lead to demotivate the employees. The culture in companies should focus on achievments and recognition. There should be in house training for employees who are not performing well.

For me an employee who deviates from his moral values and start doing unethical acts is a bad employee.

Good who is always support the management and do all things more then asked

Bad who dont do these said things

Depand on motivation good can be bad

Bad can be excellent

I can motivate any one to wards excellence

Employee industrious esteemed for others is good and regular, and vice versa
