-Technically we have to touch manually or using clamp and examining if comparatively is very hot than usual or not,
1) The possible problem:-Lubricate- (oil or grease) level or quality is not updated,
2) We know when metal contact metal perhaps we have a wear beginning of one part of bearing (axe) ,
3) We must stop the engine there are fire risk,
Please recheck the hereunder points
Coolant system status i.e. (Radiator water level, water leakage and initial water status ‘may be mixed with oil’)
Check radiator status (fens: may be need to rearrange and temperature between upper and lower point: check thermostat status)
Check exhaust emission may be there is leakage and it increase the radiator temperature
Check lubrication oil (level and status change and adjust its level)
Abnormal sound from rockers arm clearance (Exhaust valves clearance may need to adjust)
Check exhaust emission colour (black, blue or white) may be need to change injectors, rocker clearance, minor or major overhauling
Check oil vapour from oil dipstick (high evaporation is an indication for major overhauling)
First of all check motor by electrically via multimeter to find amperes and voltage then make comparison between past log sheet readings for nominal working, if problem found then check it by mechanically with infrared temperature gun and also by DB meter for its sound after taking readings do again comparison between past and now. This is the checking now check for possible reason why temperature rise its due to load on motor or by low lubricants, may be check for its load factor or due to long time without no proper lubrication.

Check the motor load by using clamp meter, because the motor load is higher that's why ,the motor running with high temperature
you can check motor load becaause the motor cannot run freely because motor bearing not ok.
1. if the bearing of the motor is bad/stiff, the rotor shaft might not be able to rotate freely.
2. if the resistance of the coil is high.
3. if there is phase failure.
first check the current and voltage and compare with motor's rated values
second check the coolinf fan attached to the motor shaft
check the alligment with the mech load
check for vibration
last check for harmonics in the supply
