Ask the HR manager/director for a list of all their HR programs and processes. Find out what the company's goals and objectives how. Does your clients HR programs and processes align with the company's overall strategy? What do they need to do that they are not doing in order to assist in meeting the company's goals and objectives? What are they doing that is not value added toward the overall goals and objectives.
