AGREED WITH MR.BUKHARI ,,,, GATHER YOUR NERVES , ASK HIS /HER REAL OBJECTION,,,, IDENTIFY THE REAL PROBLEM OF THE PARENT THEN THINK ABOUT IT,,,, IS THAT TRUE ??? IF YES ===THEN DO NOT HESITATE TO ADMITT THAT & DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN WAISTING EXPLANATIONS ,,,MOSTLY PARENTS OBJECTIONS ARE BIASED & MISCONCEPTION,,, IF THAT IS THE CASE ,,,, TRY TO REMOVE THEIR MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT YOUR CLASS.....
Positive criticism always improves performance everywhere
I feel very happy because this is the opportunity you can show your skills. First of all be confident that you are more aware about your class than anyone else. Listen carefully to the complainant and don't be impatient to answer quickly. Don't be annoyed or unhappy as it is the best chance you got to show your abilities.
Now there are three scenarios in this case. First is that this complaint is genuine. Second it is wrong and bogus. Third you are not sure about this issue.
In case the complaint of the parent is genuine you have to apolgise and assure him that it will not be happen in future.
If it is wrong then you have to explain politely the decorum of your class and how important it is in your opinion for the benefit of students. Ask for the co-operation of this parent to maintain this decorum.
If you are not sure about the issue simply tell them that I'll investigate the matter and then let them know about it.
i'd listen to him and ask about the reason of the complaining and try to work on fixing the problem
I request them to attend my class
