A leader will always tries to achieve his/her goals by implementing various methodologies. They have to perform to survive in this competative world. It is generally not notifible that leadership is being misused, but sometimes bad leaders can misuse they powers.

Leadership builds consensus for the targeted direction and that applies to both public and private environements (such as an organization). I think that its implementation in the business environment is weak especially in our region.

I see that misuse of leadership is common. The most effective guard against leadership misuse is raising the community awareness regarding the subject matter and this is doable in the public environments becase of the presence of competitive leaders. This will be rather difficult in business environemnts because of the logical absebce of competitive leaders at the top level but it is possible at lower level if the higher management allow it. I see that raising the awareness of the public will still stop leadership misuse in private environements espeically in the issues related to public interest.
