It is important in terms of the way you speak as well as LISTEN to others, the way you present facts and figures, your style of conviction and motivation to others as well as your practical work style.
It may depend on what job you are in!
let say you will be working on a front desk, so you should have a very good personality because it is the main source of your job!
and if you are a Data Analyst that means no major interaction happens!so what you need is knowledge/brain were you can execute your function without the need of good personality!
forgive me if i'm wrong!;)
One of the very important factors.
A candidate personality is of prime value in his career and it comprise of how S/he appears, way a candidate speaks, using gesture to reinforce the verbal cues, sitting posture and confidence level. This helps recruiter to gauge an overall rating during interview session. But there are other factors too count, like qualification, related experiences and skill set. We do give weight age to the personal appearance but never judge an individual solely on this factor. But a candidate could gain positive attention from recruiter on his presentation.
