a few people i know, have recently didicated part of their impressions inventory to an ad-network called Hsoub, it ends up that Hsoub was a better option in term of revenue than Google Adsense. Mainly Hsoub is a MENA ad-network so if your visitors - or most of them - are from the MENA, I would encourage you to give it a try.

I do agree with Hamzeh,
Hsoub so far are doing great, for me, with a traffic of more than 300k daily impressions, devided between 4 ads providers (including Hsoub and Adsense), Hsoub ads making 60% of Adsense CPC. (For entertainment content).
Here are few things to take into consideration when you consider Hsoub:
1- Adsense is the best for Arabic Content, but Hsoub is the best alternative for Adsense.(dont try other networks, you will waste your time and resources).
2- Hsoub still need to concentrate on attracting more advertisers, I see only 5 to 6 banners every 24 hours.
3- Support is much better than Adsense, you can reach Hsoub team by Email or Phone even within 24 hours.
4- Hsoub algorithm will eliminate any second click made from same ip within same 24 hours, so if you're considering Hsoub, try to make the least duplicate clicks.(they need to work on this particular point).
5- Hsoub cannot send money through bank transfer, they can through western union and Paypal only.
6- There is no Hsoub ads for English content.
7- Ads engine is fast enough, no performance issues with Hsoub ads, its fast and light.
8- Hsoub publishers approval is relatively long, but you will be approved sooner or later.

In general for Arabic content other networks provide low quality ads, with a stupid algorithm to a degree it cannot distinguish the webpage language between Arabic and English!
