What is the best way to cut down project cycle time?

Working remotely with the team. Sharing all the information. Efficient communication between the team is a strong resource to cut down project cycle time. Nowadays with the Internet, cloud and real time communication this can be smoothly applicable. 

Be nice to your PM Team, Your team is very important Appreciate them on good work. show them your dedication and lead from front. if every one put100% efforts project cycle automatically reduced. some people thinks to put more resources will help to reduce time but i am not agreed with that solution. because more resources more budget you need.
