Yest it is by many of the HR managers but we should have even a concrete policy for retention which will attract the talent employees to stay at the organization and also will attract the potential candidates to join. While we recruit the employees according to their qualification we should have in our mind also that : Should we recruit to recruit only or to retain the employees even ?
