They are right most of the time in expressing their requirement or concern "Precisely why we call them customers".... But as a vendor or service provider one has the responsibilty to ensure if the requirement is "Appropriate, Genuine, doable".....With that said when things go out of scope we tend to say "Customer is incorrect" but thats just because they know what they want, but doesnt know how to accomplish this.
They are always right in expressing thier needs, wants, & expectations. They don't always ensure that the suppliers received the messages they meant to send.
