Based on the situation I have three different answer for three different situations:
ANSWER1:
I would expect a salary which reflects the experience and qualifications that I bring to the role. What range do you have in mind?
Answer2:
I've got a strong background in this Finance and my skills are a perfect match for this role. I would expect my compensation to be at the upper end of the position's salary band. Can you tell me what that salary band is?
Answer3:
Based on the information I have about the position, a salary in the range28,000-32,000 would reflect the experience and expertise that I would bring to the role.
The answer : I really need more information about the job before we start to discuss salary. I'd like to postpone that discussion until later. Maybe you could tell me what is budgeted for the position, and how your commission structure works
or
Before I answer that question I’d like to ask what you typically pay someone with my experience and education in this type of position ?
It should be as per market value of the particular job, we should not ask abnormal amounts,
I would ask for this package: food + accommodation+ health insurance + a fair salary according to my experience
For my side I will be very onest with him i will give the percentage needed to increse my salary
This a well reputed company in its field and offerer a very competative and attractive package. and expect the same as per your approval in view of my qualification and work experiance.
According to the market and as per your company's payroll but definitely more than my current salary.
