Responsible for managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including planning, developing, testing, implementing, support and up gradation of ERP Modules. Ensure smooth functioning of all ERP modules in NLC. Implementing business practices that support troubleshooting, streamlined workflow, and efficient use of the ERP systems, evaluating service proposals in order to identify appropriate staffing needs, and making appropriate recommendations. To help out in functional configuration / setups of test and production servers. To deal with ERP stakeholders for requirement gathering, system analysis and design, documentation, configuration / setups, testing, implementation and support. Ensure data cleansing activity and system auditing on regular basis. Trained users to work correctly & efficiently on the Application. Supporting and resolving day to day end users’ issues in ERP. Coordinating with DBA and technical teams for risks assessment, integrations and system improvements.
