Well most of the people would say yes but practically I have experienced the vice versa. Unemployment increases if the production performance factors are effectively managed. At right place, automation increases the quality and less human dependency. Better output with less non-value adding operations/process, resulting less employee and creating more unemployment.
Definitely yes, as long as it is understood that the normal worker should be prepared to meet future requirements of technology growth.
For many years many executives have planned in progressive obsolescence to keep production replenishing the discarded item; I deem it better to plan how to satisfy new needs and efficient products, to always be aware where the world is trying to go.
YES, It should be, because effective terms used to describe some time as reliable factors,which results need of the dedicated employees. And this thing we can give the employers in regards of training and many others programms in organization....
