Electrical auto cad is for electrical design
Dear Khaleel,I'm not going to say these are the best but I'll say these are two of the best*AutoCAD Electrical2014and *AutoCAD Mechanical 2014----------------------------------- Some Informations --------------------------------------AutoCAD Electrical2014

One of the most important considerations in evaluating a3D CAD system is how quickly new users can get up-to-speed and begin doing productive work. Extra time means extra cost, which cuts into your profit.
With SolidWorks, users learn fast, and work fast. Our extensive feature set, intuitive, easy-to-use design experience, and broad range of customization options saves design time on every project. And whether you design every day or only occasionally, that means better productivity as your3D CAD tools work for you — not against you.
Electrical Design in3D CADDesigners and engineers can integrate electrical schematic design data from SolidWorks® Electrical3D™ into a SolidWorks3D CAD model with our easy to use CAD-embedded, electrical system design. This real-time, bidirectional multi-user tool enables more collaborative design between electrical and mechanical designers and allows for placement or removal of electrical components within the3D CAD model. Easily create the electrical interconnect of the electrical3D elements with auto-routing that allows for the planning and documentation of route paths and associated data (such as length of wires, cables, and harnesses within the system).
The real-time synchronization of electrical schematic and CAD model allows for a unified bill of materials (BOM) for the electrical system and the mechanical design, eliminating errors from design changes not being synchronized between design teams.
Electromechanical Design OverviewIn the complex world of electromechanical design, the ability to design an electrical system in3D CAD has been a demanding and daunting task. Those looking to create design elements and define the electrical interconnect of wires, cables, and harnesses have found the process laborious and error prone. The current standard for electrical development in3D CAD utilizes manual design and the exchange of design data via external files. The use of external files can cause the design to become unsynchronized between the electrical and mechanical designs, resulting in design, manufacturing, and supply chain discontinuities. The current practices also do not provide easy collaboration between design disciplines.
SolidWorks Electrical3D technology enables development of schematically defined electrical systems that can be readily implemented into the SolidWorks3D CAD model in a synchronized environment between the electrical and mechanical design teams.

If you have never used CAD before, it’s not something you’ll learn to use well over night. You can probably find a free trial of AutoCAD from Autodesk. I’ve used AutoCAD for years. AutoCAD2009 is simple to use but you have to install AutoCAD2014 it's best
use your mind with any software.....
I think Autocad MEP ( mechanical Electrical Pumping )
Auto cad Electrical2013
auto cad for general projects
revit for mep projects
plant design for special projects
