Effective Corrective & preventive actions

Effective Management review meeting

Efforts for setting up and achievement of strategic quality objectives

Efforts for continual improvement.

If you are doing all these as a one manshow, never you can maintain the QMS. It should be a team work and the involvement of all personal at all level is very very important
