What is the criteria for selecting a foreigner in Gulf countries, if he is living in his native land?

If he/she meets the criteria defined in the job description and personal specifications, I will examin his/her adaptability to the local culture and related regulations. If I have a staff memeber or a friend from his/her region, I will get him/her to speak to him/her to discuss the adaptations he/she might need to make. If that is not available, I will get HR to do the job and decide on his/her adaptability and proceed accordingly.

First of all he/she must be equaliy qualified for the required position.

He/She must be medically fit.

He/She must have valid passport.

Willingness to work abroad.
