How temporary field staffs can be recruited for "Population Census" and "Housing Census" in your country?

The Statistical Division is responsible for the collection, compilation and publication of information on the social and demographic characteristics of the country population to assist Government decision making and to inform the public at large. A major part of the Division's work is the five yearly Census of Population. Additional headquarters staff and/or unemployed qualified persons are appointed for the duration of the population census and housing census operation and subsequently re-deployed to other Government departments.

The staff of the Statistical Division involved  for the recruitment, appointment, organization and payment of field staff to carry out Census of Population and Census of Housing, the human resource management dimensions of both office and field staff, organizing the printing of the Census Form and other material, advertising, office and field accommodation, transportation, storage and other support services. A dedicated IT staff provides systems support in the census area.
