If you are at the 3rd year in the faculty of commerce and can't wait until graduation to work in a bank ..what should you do ?

If i cannot wait than i have to start the work.... its so simple

Desires are very important in life to grow further but in haste they can let us drown too. Relax and try to acquire the job profile and discription of the post in which we want to get into. Identify your skills and expertise which need learning and improvement and we should work on them. Have confidence in our selvesand faith in God as he never let any fruitful desires go waste. Rest this is the process which is followed in companies for promotions and appraisals called - competency map, mapping and career development.
