There are several points should be taken in consideration, but the most important are:
1- combine each information in a separated group, like screen operations in group and input fields be in an other group
2- The alignment of controls, all controls in the screen should be alinged to start and end in the same place in X-axis, and all labels should start from same place, beside the labels should be aligned with their controls
3- Using a good coloring in your design which is prefered to use the company logo colors if it was good or even the client logo colors.
4- Unifying color in the project, so all screens should have the coloring.
5- Do not forget the tab indexing for the screen.
