What's more important from the managerial perspectives , A hard working employer who supports daily operations duties or employer who provide problem solutions for what he thinks it's affecting his department productivity?
Managerial perspectives require more to solve problems in planning area,
while the hard workers are needed to win the race of production area in the low career levels.
A hardworking employer who has the capability to provide solution for the problem would be the best choice because he will show the way to his sub ordinates and be the role module to increase productivity.
Both are required for the success of an organization, however my preference is to have an employee who can exhibit both aspects since he will not only be a hard worker but also a smart thinking one who can take critical decisions related to his daily work and prioritization
We need both. In senior positions, it's usually the latter. And in junior positions, the former.
