How can i add user profiles on active directory data base and make it authenticated?

You have to create template profile and then add it to shared folder then add the path of the profile to a shared folder on the file server after that modify the user settings to use this template.

Create user in Active Directory with its complete schema information and apply password during user creation wizard. You may setup defined home directory for your this user, group membership, OU assignment but as per your business requirements and policies.
