== Regarding to your request of what does the prospective employers want to see in the applicants of any of administrative jobs or even at data entry tasks?,The answer might be mainly dependent on your character at first; your capability to accept changes and new issues, create, to be enthusiastic in every recommended task and able to proceed your work with flexibility.
== In general, any job employee is seeking for his/her work development and advancing its resources, increasing the organization's reputation, longer term funding streams, and financial growth. So, in any job you will apply to, you have to be well-trained and acquired the following skills:
=1= Professional and Educational background: you academic education in such specialty, your professional experiences which were gained from previously ranked jobs, as well as advanced training courses and practical training in such field will support your application to the future job, and will strengthen your role in previously mentioned skills by: giving example(s) from your past job on them.
=2= Technical skills, as well as being aware of and familiar with the basic requirements of the target job, like: Computer use skills, proficiency in Microsoft office use, Speed typing, Proficiency in English language (speaking and writing with approval documents if necessary as TOEFL, ....etc), and writing skill too.
=3= Behavioral and Personal Character skills:
-- honesty, patience, good and active listening, easy to talk without exaggerated words,
-- self confidence in your behavior, full awareness and attention to direct speech, being objective not subjective, accuracy as well as examining and assessment in all aspects,
-- Organization, arrangement and preparing things in order, and capability to set up work issues in perfect manner, time management, and discipline (punctuality) in various work requirements.
-- Communication skills and ability to open new connections with other as well as maintain these connections in the work's benefits. In other words, to take key responsibility for supporting and leading on the development of new client relationships and strategic partnerships.
-- Having the spirit of team work: to be part of all, accept others and their opinions, being a proficient team player, and able to support your partners at work in positive and effective manner. Collaborative team work and sharing the useful and productive thoughts will play the main role in elaborating the strategies/plans used in customer driven, as well as participation in raising the level of knowledge, experience and productivity.
=4= Creativity and Innovation: In your planned job application, you have to represent your ability towards work development, and maintaining a good and up to date awareness of: work mechanisms, operational contracts as well as research projects and business development activity across the organization.
