To have an effective sales you should make them a team first, indicate you goals motivate them train them and make sure they understand your product and your target segment.

Hello medhat,

You must see the effectiveness of each member wich gives the global idea of the team.Each member, individualy, must bring someting new to the crew as in you will have a diverisity of ideas and criterea to sell the same product.A salesman must have the good knowledge of how to persuade the client but this can have different ways by different salesman to sell this product.The team must be one,so you have to choose people that interact with each other.
