How will you manage the authority when result is not good after assessment exam?

I will assure them that there is enough time for improvement of the student in final exam and we will support the student as per as possible for us.

Examinations are gadget to measure the ability of students as well as the teachers. When the results are not good they are a setback for the Teacher. He should analyze the matter with cool mind and try to determine the fault. Mostly there are three possibilities:

1. Teacher did not try the required effort.

2. Teacher tried his best but remained unable to make understand his students.

3.Students didn't work on their part.

In the first instance the teacher should make a reformed plan to deliver in future. In No2 teacher should explore the reasons behind failure in conveying his message to the students and he should try to remove those hurdles. In No3 he should check the psychlogy of his students which prevented them from better performance. 

It means that the entire responsibility lies on the shoulders of the teacher and he is the person who can lead the students towards success.

After doing all this analysis he has to discuss this with competent authority and assure them about his better performance with the help of proposed reforms. It will make higher authority to understand the situation and to become confident for a better performance from you in future.
