Writing creatively is a daunting task, please write down your best tools to increase your creativity?

The best tool I have used to bring out creative ideas and solutions is "Brain storming", when it is used with right methodology.

Select team with a right mix - Different functions who knows the area you are training to brainstorm to some extent. Use all level guys - Low level and Mid level

Define goal to achieve, clarify scope, explain rules -

Start with

Step1. Structured Brain storming - Each one to contribute. First5 minutes will not bring not much ideas. After5 minutes, you will start ideas pouring in. Continue for next15-20 minutes. Then you will see more "passes" in each round. Stop at this point. 

Step2. Unstructured Brain storming - Anyone to contribute. After step1 do this one till you start getting meaningful within scope ideas. When ideas start becoming vague, stop brain storming. idean time for this step is15-20 minutes.

Collaborate all the ideas, select best ones, create debate session on the best ones. You will see wonderful direction for your problems.
