When u apply for a job u must have an experience in a very big and well known multinational company. which one should we start work with?

I think no one will get a Job.

If2 jobs were offers choose the multinational if you are  a fresh candidates because there will be policies procedures Erp system training that will add a lot to your career

where ever you work ,the important thing is that you should forsee a long term employment at least for5 years in the company. You should have a goal about what you should be within the first5 years.So you have to study about the company and its potential if  you can catch your goal in that company.
