On interview, When you will be asked, Where do u see yourself after years from now? Do u think the answer considered as magic key of your acceptance?

Look back for example last5 years what have you achieved so far, Analyse Present Situation and set what you want to be in next ... years.

It cannot be a magic key to the acceptance of an applicant. interviewer uses this question to figure out the kind of person you are. Do you plan ahead and set goals, and are these in sync with the company’s goals? Also do you intend to move out soon or stick around? The interviewer also tries to measure how well you understand what they want, whether your idea of growth is compatible with the company's growth path, etc.

It cannot be told as magic key, but it reflects your attitude and positive thinking which helps the employer to know about the candidate and shortlist him.

I always beleive to achieve long term objective one has to have short term goals which can help one to achieve his long term goals. One has to climb the ladder no matter what it depends upon person capability, skills and experience

It depends how you have planned your strategy to achieve your long term goal that the interview is trying to know so one has to be practical in his approach.
