Yes, i agree that the strategy is long term process which mean the way we can take to achieve objectives.

Like emphasis revenue by waste reduction strategy.

Or

Increasing market scope by product diversification.

Really True. Everyone wishes to see wonders within one day but to Execute a Strategy its not an Overnight Job. To execute a Strategy we should have Plan A, Plan B and if the both doesn't work out we should have Contingency Plan.Acording to the market Dynamics we need to chane our strategy and it takes long time to Succeed.

Dear Kanwal Shahzad,

I completly agree with your statement that Business Strategist are Long Term Planners for Business not magicians who can bring result in next secong. As Business Strstegist comes with a Strategy or plan which has to be implemented by the whole team (Management, Sales Team, Operations Team etc). Here there is a team work involved and implementting a Business Strategy or plan takes time depending on the Business you are in, Team Support, Time Frame, etc.

We to make make sure that Business Strategy is implemented in proper way and by all people required in the process in order to manage people's ecpectation.

I hope i have answered your question.

Thanks & Regards,

Syed Siddiq
