What personal strengths do you find especially helpful in your teaching?

Three of my strengths that contribute well to my career are; adaptability, which helps me fit with a wide range of social and economical levels; flexibility, which helps me invest resources and solve problems and finally mental ability which helps me understand and help my students understand as well.

Organisation, enthusiasm, patience, respect for others, subject knowledge and above all a well developed sense of humour!!

To make my teaching more effective and result oriented I need to :

1-Spend maximum time for lesson preparation.

2-Ponder upon the lesson critically to explore answers of expected questions from my students about it.

3-Prepare necessary material to make my lesson easy to comprehend by the students and make it cost effective.

It leads me towards perfect teaching when in the class.
