Request from all involved to plan their vacation, Staff should name his/her colleague, who will step into the area of work for the meantime, and ensure that the operation is smooth while the staff is on vacation. If necessary give a helping hand in the crowded area.
According to labour law, vacation is compulsory. Apart from that, to run an effective management, through effective internal control system, staff must go on vacation as at when due.
However, vacation must be well planned for, so that every staff would be able to go on holiday. But if when the staff suppose to go on there holiday, if the fall into peak period of business, there are two ways to arrest the situation:
1. The management can arrange with such a staff to monetize the leave period.
2. Casual or Temporary workers can be employed to cover the schedule of such staff on holiday till he/she would resume. But has to be properly arranged.
