It is not yet very widely used in UAE.. but the world is picking up and made it the leader in Cloud based CRM. Most of the on premise CRM applications like Seibel are also switching on to Salesforce.com. UAE is still gearing it up.. I am sure it would be one of the widely used CRM in the UAE soon :)

As true to you I don't know about whether sales force is widely used in UAE but yes this application is dominant and is used everywhere. It is one of the best software which having all necessary features which makes business comprehensive.

Yes salesforce CRM is on high demand specially in europian and American countries but its going to spread its wings in asian countries as well like india, Singapore comes in the higest salesforce CRM users in the world and yes it coming in the gulf countiries as well like dubai, Qatar and hope in future will be a widely used CRM in the UAE as well.
I am not someone who knows the correct answer. But i know one thing for sure that it is the best in the market.
