Absolutely Right !

You should first take care of your employee first ! Becasue if they are satisfied with the organization then there is every possibility that they will keep your customer happy & satisfied towards your company.

I agree with that. As if you have a satisfied employee he/she will do the best they can to make their company a better one. On the contrary, if you have an unsatisfied employee, he/she will just do their job without this extra creativity and care.

When China built their great wall, it was built for protecting the country against the invaders, they spent fortune and hundered of years building it. After that the invaders were abe to go through the wall and sneak to Beijing and attack it from everywhere. They found out that the invaders were bribing the Chinese guards, that's how they were able to attack Chine inside.

They spent fortunes and years of building walls and stones but they forgot to build their people, their guards, the human!

Moreal story, if you don't build and take care of your own people and don't pay attention to their needs and look after their interests they will betrayed you, not because they are not faithful, but because they want to live and have the minimum of their rights...

Nice question...

Employees and the customers are two different assets of an employer, there is no race between two. As the customers add value to the organisation, the employees add to create the value for the customers on behalf of the organisation. There is no doubt that a well taken care employee will serve better its customers and helps the organisation in achieving its goals. Its an strategic process of balancing both tasks at the same time.
