The Client is always right whatever the comments and criticism it's a part of job which is challenge and wherein we can find something more challenging and interesting, although it feels irritated but sounds good as long as you are motivated on job..

Well, people generally say the client/boss is always right even if they are not.

However, we should not consider the fact that its not always true.

As designer, you should be smart enough to convince your idea to the client without making him/her fell that they are wrong.

So.. If you find the client do not have suffient knowledge and still enforce you to go for a specific appraoch, you may use sentences like...

"Yes, that's absolutely fine. I can work on it. However, I have another idea that may interest you.... and your story..."

"You are correct, Mr. XYZ, that can be done. I have another design idea as well that you may want to have a look if you have time"

See, if the client do not agree what you are suggesting (as a designer), do as he/she says. They will realise if they are wrong. After all, they the one who is paying us to design.

All the Best..!!

Cheers..!!

For me the designer is always right, thats why the client is paying you. Cause you know better and they need your opinion and expertise on the matter, what they can do is to add some things or adjust. But at the end of the day  the core of the design is still yours with some adjustment to comply with your clients request.

The client... who pays the bill? simple.

At the end the client will pay so the designer's job is to give the client what he or she is looking for.

Sometimes the designer doesn't like the idea so explaining and showing several designs might cause the client to change his or her mind.

Designer has to design what client says and the requirements of client are more important.

Designer's job is to satisfy the client in the pitch of designing rules & possibilities.

The experience designer has perfact idea what to serve and how to be close the requirement but without understanding client needs its not possible. So that clearification about requirement and client interption when required will make perfact design for industry.

The client is the one that calls the shots no matter what. The designer is just the person who has to interpret what the client needs . In the end, it's the client who is paying the designer.
