I'm doing my job, which I do my duties and will not allow him to interfere in my work
Silence is the best reply to a fool.
I will keep to myself to cool off.ln such instances l may come to my senses and realize if l over reacted or for real my colleague was wrong.lf for real l see l was in the wrong ,l would go back and apologize.
I will take care of my Job and ignore that guy.
It is not a must that every co-woker should agree with me or vice versa.
Company Goals should come first.
I will certainly will not agree with Mr. Omer Mohammad Awais reply, as co-worker has the his point of view for which he has the right to agree upon, and it is never necessary that your point of view should be taken for the final one.
Disagreement can happen when there are multiple solutions to a problem, but there are pros and cons to every solution, therefore i would recommend that the both (you and the co-worker) should sit togather and have a discussion on each another's point of view, come up to common and most effective solution and implement it.
salam,
you have to prove your self and be confident ... all the best.
If you can't reach an agreement by using dialogue, go together to your team leader/manager/boss and get him/her to arbitrate. He/she will have a vested interest in ensuring there is agreement and harmony in the workplace!
