Does a Software Engineer Get a Job As A planning Engineer If He Has Project Planning And Sceduling Using Primvera And MS Project Experience ??

A planning engineer in the construction field is in charge of the whole project not just the operator of the software. He has to look after the project from the initiation to the closing phase. Primavera gives him assistance related to building up of network logic & critical path of the project. How this critical path is achieved & what should be the activities in the critical path is in the hands of a planning engineer. Unless he has good exposure to the sequential work done at site (which is not the same for all projects) a proper scheduling is not possible.

it seems to me that, knowledge about software is only30% of necessary requirement,, you as a planner have to know about basis concepts like time management, cost management and other needful issues in this field.

The Planning Engineer has to know the decipline thoroughly.
For example a Planning Engineer for a Roads, Highways and Bridge Project has to know the business in this Area.
Otherwise he can't prepare schedules independantly.
He has to know the productivity of many kinds of skills and the methods of execution besides terminolgy of that discipline, the problems encountered and how to recover.

no it will be diffucult because the planing engineer must touch the activites which will help him to can give the approximatly period time will make this activities finish in it to can make sceduling

Yes in a software engineering field if he uses his planning experience to do a software project which can also be planned and scheduled using pprimavera but not in a civil or electro mechanical field
