It could be power supply or battery

Remove your main battery and turn on your laptop with AC adaptor only.

If you are facing same problem again then probably problem is with the CPU, It might be overheating.  Check the fan if its working fine or not. If the CPU fan is working fine then check for thermal paste, if possible use new thermal paste and try booting the laptop again.

first of all ..

make sure you're using a good ac adaptor without battery..

then you've to disassemble yout laptop cover and keybaord to reach to your proccesor to make sure it's warm and receiving voltage

if it was not warm ,, then your proccesor is gone..

if it was ok ,,, and you didn't hear any pep code ,, and you didn't doubt with your VGA or RAM

then it's100% BOIS problem

try to reflash your bios with the latest bios upgrade

if you got any pep code with your startup,, then it's easy to figure out what's wrong

unless if that lap was working good but your screen or corrupted..

plug in another LCD to test that option too..
