How to leave the work with least troubles?

To leave the work without trouble in UAE  follow the simple steps

1) Check whether limited or unlimited contract

for limited , you need to finish the targeted date given in your contract ..

If resigning before the targeted date the employee may have to pay the employer , half of3 months basic salary. 

If the employer is terminating the employee the employer need to pay3 months full basic salary to the employee.

2) Unlimited contract , the employee has to give  a30 days notice to the employer, min or as mentioned in contract .

To leave the work without trouble for both the parties (Employer and Employee ) you need to follow the labour law

Provide30 days notice to the company ,with the intention to leave the company at the specfic date

Hand over the work properly

if you cannot give the30 days notice , compensate in lieu of the30 days
