First of all quality of job is most important for me and than salary. No matter how large or figures is the salary, poor quality job cannot keep you focused and motivated.

It depends on how big is the difference in salaries...

If the difference in salaries is small then a "quality-job" is more preferred. 

(Bigger differences in salaries is tempting anyway..)

They are both are important and perfectly correlated. Finding what suits you better with the right amount of pay, creates satifaction and long term loyalty. Successful organisations having low turnover understands the correlation aspect and treat their employees accordingly.
