YES, professional people will break Time Management roles from time to time, due to task & task importance due to URGENCY , UNEXPECTED & LEAD TIME FOR EACH TASK.
In my point of view Time Management roles can't be broken because its matter of can you Manage your time or no ? Also if any one just try to think about not managing his / her time that will lead to be a loser and may be the first one the entity thinking who will be fired as not achieve the duties needed on the time wanted.

I think that until you break the time due to the importance of the task or procedure desktop, there are tasks can be delayed without affecting the action or desktop workflow Therefore, we believe that the successful administrative which is based classification list regarding importance of time for each task,
It is important to do so in order to challenge yourself and ensure that you have effectively put priorities in sequence. ie that any disturbance in planning has been rightly anticipated. Routine comes mainly after big experience in planning!
