Do you like to work individual or in a group with others?

I go for a team group because you can learn a lot from the colleagues and that will be very important if you want to grow in your career. Perhaps dealing or working with people may be tricky but we have to know that people can contribute with fresh and interesting ideas.

Both are important to made our personnality !

Team work is alway better, and individuals also have their specialities and importance. But all depends on work size and type.And the both have the importance at its place.

With tasks (such as digging a ditch, building a fence) I prefer to work as part of a group. But with planning and/or managing (such as planning to dig the ditch and planning to build the fence), my preference is to work individually, at least until I wrap my hands around the issue and decide how I wish to perform the work. Then it's time to obtain input from other team members.

Excel working on own initiative. I generally get more work done working on my own which is a good thing as the office work culture in the Middle East is of a different mind-set than used to in the West.  There are totally different work ethics and for me to move forward, self belief keeps meheaded toward the business goals efficiently, effectively and quickly.

 

Group work can be good if team working together to move projects forwards and strengths or each individual are being used to the maximum effect.

 

Always walking with team in front, Its nice to work in group when compnay needs perfection.

 

I belief that team work brings new ideas to generate new things rather than individual. At the initial stage, I work with team and the last stage work with individual to make the assignment logical. Team work basic objective to achieve something togather.

Working in group is still a good thing because of the exchange of experience, information and also the group’s motivation, in Arabic culture we think strongly that the union cerate power.

However, as manager, I usually maintain a large area for the personal actions; when we have a responsibility it is very important to be able to face some situation in a very short time, and here the individual work become necessary.

I think icn do well (with both of them)
