it depends on the company ...some companies need to hire fresh graduate to learn them the system of the job otherwise some companies hire expert peole due to shortage
just try to get training in oil company in addition try to apply in it's websites and engine serch
try to find a traing program or intrnship in a big company - they searching for attitude not a skills
