I came across few cases and main reason was performance issues. Individuals were unable to meet up the job requirement and they had been updated time-to-time and proper grooming were provided and in once cases it was added by frequent absence from the job. I have concluded with such cases through detail discussion with supervisor and employee and finally end with termination.
In such termination cases, we don’t have re-hiring policy.
