He has a very good acknowledgement in rules of HR & the company policy- as a leader he make solutions sometimes for the HR, his personality is strong - & sometimes making several mistakes to employees' works3- HR Administrator: Diploma in Administration. Experience: Period of Service in the company1 year + ''5 years in HR-with different Titles: HR Administrator, Assistance Administrator''. He has a very good acknowledgement in HR Operations & he has a corporate & Strong personality - As a Leader, he can lead the team to success the work with ability of arrange the responsibilities for the employees & make a good solutions for HR. The increase is depended on two factors;

a) indiivdual achevement i.e. their objectives or KPIs percentage.

b) their  appraisal rating.

by clubing their two achevements we could bring increment in their salary.
