What is strategy and how is it different from Vision and Mission of the company?

Strategy is a short term tactics against a competitor while vision or mission is the very core value of the co. Strategy would dependon the vission and missionof a co.

Mission Statement

A Mission statement talks about HOW you will get to where you want to be. Defines the purpose and primary objectives related to your customer needs and team values

Vision Statement

A Vision statement outlines WHERE you want to be. Communicates both the purpose and values of your business.

Mission and vision are both corporate goals. Mission is a statement of purpose for the existence of an organisation . Vision is statement of future target design to drive the mission whilst strategy is the course of action design to successfully realised an organisation's corporate goals; mission,vision, goals and objectives.
