To Improve coversion rate for your campaigns. You may follow the following steps if the conversion rate is low.
1. Change the design or content of your page.
2. Make two or three Landing pages with different content for the same purpose to check the response of the visitors
3. also Use different text and images on your ads.
4. Check visit duration on all landing pages from all the channels you are getting traffic in Google analytics.
5. Check the heatmap of your landing page . which is most clickable area of your website or landing page and why and where people exit the page.

I do agree with Abdul when it comes to on page optimization for an advertising campaign. Apart from on page optimization the below points will help you to improve conversion rate:-
*Use keywords which describe your product exactly and find out how users are searching online for your product by using keyword planner. I personally advise you insert your keywords in broad match modifier type along with negative keywords like jobs, what, career etc...
* Create the ad copy or creative which should represent exactly the product on the site and its uniqueness so that only genuine users click on the ad which would help you to decrease the impressions and increase the CTR.
*Create Remarketing list of visitors who visited the website, left without converting and follow them at least for a month.
