First try to find the root cause of your stress and eradicate it if possible-

 

 And try to deal with stress as:

 

Remove yourself from the stressful situation

 

Get enough sleep

 

Try to do something which relaxes yourself like sports

Stress is nothing but an imaginary situation created by the negative blockages of your brain.

Get rid of those blockages.

Read a lot of motivational books and fill your brain with positive quotes.

Once your brain is powerful inside, nothing from outside can bother it.

Many a times when feel like you are going to fall, you don't.

Instead you rise above it all.

When you free your mind from negativity you learn that monsters you were scared of turned out to be just trees.
