The Worst part should be not knowing your purpose.
Higher Education is for those people whom are entering the next phase of their life. this may be to attain a qualification which will provide employment, or to upgrade their present standings for better prospects.
As people whom are serving in the Higher Education sector, apart from the JD a clear and a better understanding of our role and purpose is very important.
When you know your purpose it could be rewarding as well, you shall be able to assist thousands if not hundreds shape their lives...

the worst part is that the higher education sector is still government, that is not well funded like the ministry of communication and IT, so you can use qualified people but you either have them for a very short period of time until they have a better offer from a good company or incorporation or whatever, or you fire them for their incompetence, all in all, you don't have the fund necessary for hiring a very high qualified people and give them the required cmpensation
